I just flew home to DC. I'm exhausted! I hope to sleep forever.

I Heart These Kids"And I'll Tell You Why"...

I was just in Idaho visiting my sister Heather who just had her 4th child, Emma Jane. I love her kids because they have so much personality.

Zac's new favorite phrase is "I'll tell you why" He said very seriously, "My favorite batman character is penguin, and I'll tell you why, he has ...." It's very funny to hear him talk like an adult. Once we were all running errands in Heather's mini van, when Zac blurted out enthusiastically to the whole car, "I don't know about you guys but I sure am having fun!"

Peep is the sweetest, prettiest girl with blond curls but don't let that fool you. She told everyone that she wishes she was a boy. Her favorite pajamas are her superman and spider man outfits, she won't let grandma make her a tutu unless it's blue, and she loves to play batman video games with Zac.

Avery is full of energy and love. She goes around giving hugs to everyone and telling them they're her best friend. If you ask her who loves her she will say "Grandpa do, Jessica do, Mama do..." Sometimes after she names her list she'll ask you "how about that?" She definitely has a spunky personality.

What Should I Wear this Wintry Sunday, Black or Black?

I wish I could break away from wearing dreary black to church almost every week in Winter. I should at least wear more original dresses like these...

Now for the real talent..."Glad" is my new favorite song written by Tyler. He recently composed a very soothing version of the song that is reminiscent of listening to the rain fall and having your back scratched as you drift off to sleep. Click here to have a listen.

The Simple Life

When I see this picture I can feel the warm sun on my skin, smell fields of grass, and all worries seem so far away. If only I could spend my days enjoying nature, wearing cute clothes, and playing with baby animals.

My Island Keeps Moving...

I graduated from BYU in Spring 2006. Since then I have moved to New York City to Salt Lake City to Washington DC. I can't seem to find where I belong but I'm definitely having an adventure in the mean time!
